Alcovy Mountain Baptist Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.
Scott Clark
Pastor
Scott was called to serve as Alcovy Mountain Baptist Church's Pastor in 2023.
The attributes that best describe Pastor Clark as a pastor are strong preaching and a heart for people. He has expressed a clear desire to lead Alcovy Mountain Baptist Church to be a place where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Clark takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending many hours each week focused on Bible study.
He graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 1992 and again in 1995 with degrees in Biblical Studies. He also holds an MBA from the University of Georgia.
Pastor Clark has been happily married for 30 years to his wife, Mary. They have three adult children together.
