"Be ye holy for I am holy." This was the call of God to His people. As we have studied through the Law of Moses and the requirements for the Tabernacle service, one theme has been prominent. God is holy and those who desire to approach Him must be holy, as well. The problem we have is that we are all sinful. So, we need God to make a way for us to approach Him and to have a relationship with Him. The Old Testament sacrifices provided a temporary atonement that had to be repeated yearly, but when Jesus came, His perfect sacrifice provided atonement once for all.
This week at 9:30 am, we will explore how we should then live in light of the new life we have through Christ.
