Do you want to God's blessing in your life? The book of James says, "You have not because you ask not." Sometimes we forget that simply asking for something is one of the surest ways to get it. Nehemiah wanted God to use him to rebuild Jerusalem, the city of his forefathers, but in order to do that he needed the King of Persia to grant him permission to do so. He had to ask.
